Ordered mon for next day delivery still waiting on my order and it's Thursday. I have called the office 5 times and emailed and still no one has called me. Back. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will never order from Ambala again
I would never even eat Ambala foods again even if it was bought for me.

I have never experienced such horrendous customer service.

I ordered a Diwali gift for my parents on Tuesday to be delivered on the Friday and paid a lot for courier delivery. Nothing was delivered by 5pm so I called and they assured that it would be delivered by 6.30pm so my parents stayed in to wait.

I have subsequently called 10 times to find out what has happened to my order that they have taken money out of my account for and NEVER delivered.

Each time someone tells me that they must take my details and someone will call me back, and nobody has ever bothered to call me back.

They are a disgrace to Asian companies and I will never use them again.
