Hidden from the road along with the Post Office in Kahuku, this is a sweet little find. The best Indian food I've ever eaten was in Fiji which hosts a large Indian population. One can stop for lunch and stock up on very reasonably priced ingredients. As a bonus they have some hard to find specialty ingredients for Polynesian cooking as well (ethnic variety, but primarily Indian). They even have Acacia Gum (Chaar Gund-Arabic or Gond-Indian) often called for in Indian cooking as well as a medicinal ingredient.
Fiji Market is all the way in the back across the parking lot from the Post Office which shares parking with Kahuku Sugar Mill and several other small businesses. Weave your way around and you will find it. Post office is in the light blue building.
