I am new in US.I never knew that in US you can find all indian things.When i went in Patel Brothers.I was very happy.It looks like the homeland is near to me.

Just been to this store today (June 03, 2011) and happen to see an employee spits on the floor between aisles. It was so disgusting and when i asked him what he was doing he just ignored me. The Store Manger also did act like.."whats the big deal in that".. He didn't even say a single word of apology or took any action..Amazing

Get rid of these rude sales people. When a customer has questions, the sales people should help them. If you do not get rid of rude sales people, you will lose business and your customers. You are a disgrace to the entire Indian community.

As for any Indian grocery goes, this one is good, but what I have noticed that the people at the check out counter are not very polite except one guy, who responds normally. One of the ladies, could not guess her name, she was awfully rude. To identify her, She is fat and fair complexion and generally puts on a bun with her lighly colored hair. Every time if I need to ask her something, I feel I should not have gone there. She must be behaved. I have never met such a rude person in the check out counter before. I wonder what's her problem in dealing with customers with a normal behavior. I am seriously thinking of finding out another Indian store in the area and there are a lot, so I don mind switching. If she continues doing this, I'm sure lot of people like me will think the same same. So, just get rid of her to save the shop!!
