Cleanliness and parking lot gone down hill. Inside staff is RUDE!! Restaurant has AMAZING food, if you can handle poor drink selection, no a/c and rude, ignorant staff. Only one man (restaurant owner, I think) is wonderful.

Don't waste time in the grocery part.

Restaurant has AMAZING food, but poor service and no a/c. Also, poor variety of drinks. Staff is incessantly rude or ignores you.

The interior & exterior of the store has also gone down due maybe due to ground settling. We nearly broke our ankles tripping on the uneven concrete.

I just moved to Irving. I stopped at Swadeshi plaza store at MacArthur it is a good store. Construction is going on right now but they have good varieties and good price compare to other store. i would recommend this store.

I will recommend that Sawdeshi is better over the Taj, as I compared between them. On whole bill you will find the difference of 15$ minimum when you shop for the week grocries.

But you will find more varities in Taj, compared to swadeshi.

Depending on your choose varities or price you can select which to go.

One more good thing in swadesh is that we have ready made chiken, mutton and veg biryani which are worth for the price they sell.

Swadeshi does not carry much variety and prices are higher compared to other neighborhood stores. Personally, I prefer Sarigama for a much more variety and more than that the prices are very competitive. Can't forget to mention their Hyderabadi dum biryani.

I found little white worms(rice worms) in swadeshi biryani. I dont think they are using gud basmati rice.

all over irving, swadeshi plaza is the best store i found. i they have every thing they need. they gureentee on there product . i bought nirav brand dals it test same as india. i suggest every body to go over there to shop indo pak groceries

Nice clean place. Friendly staff. Vegetables are fresh. Good choice of cut vegetables too. Prices are slightly more than the other Indian stores but I don't mind paying that to get better customer service. Overall good choice.
