For many years, it had been Craig and Navine’s dream to open an Indian Restaurant in Spain. Having worked for catering companies and Indian restaurants in London, and having also been a “Cobra” award-winning student at the “Asian Academy” in London, they decided to sell up, pack the car and drive to Spain in search of the perfect location.Their dreams were realised when they set their eyes on the old farmhouse formerly known as “La Posada”. Built in the 1400’s in traditional Ibicenco style, the restaurant is overlooked by the beautiful church on the hill.
