Hey guys highly recommended roma palace restaurant & ballroom it is awesome ballroom I have seen capacity of 500 guest good service & main & most important thing very neat & clean restrooms. I never try indian food but the ballroom is really good job done by them. I recomended all people dont pay high rate just go to roma palace very good & friendly atmosphere.

I went to eat the buffet and the staff don't even tell you what are available such as dosa. The guy in the front is so damn rude and always wear his cap. He's so unprofessional. I like all who went there to report his attitude and behavior.

the food @ roma palace is absolutely amazing! it is extremely authentic and reminds me of my parents cooking! I love every item on the menu and they have so many items to choose from! I strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving true, authentic, flavorful indian cuisine. You will not be disappointed. The only complaint I have is that I wish I went for seconds at the buffet!

I went to the place to rent the Banquet hall. They acted as if they were selling gold. They wanted 50% deposit and 100% payment before services.

Some dishes are done well but the overall taste when compared to Akbar, Our place, Kabab n Curry, Pasand,...(the standard ones) is pretty poor. Moreover customer service is very bad. The gentleman at the counter is very well waiting to argue with you on any feedback you provide. Example: we ate buffet on Sunday,our first time visit to this restaurant, they never told us Dosa was available as a part of buffet. When we were "done eating" the buffet, after paying the bill, we casually asked if there was Dosa in the buffet and bingo...answer came "yes", you did not ask for it and I did not serve, and then no apologies for not letting us know what was available in the buffet. He said, "I can get it now". Come on... On the same day we ordered a masala chai and the answer was we can't make a chai now...can't make chai...

my tip off was last nights take out, I wanted to try once more, a "to go" order this time...This guy took the order, messed it up , When I asked he said "kitchen messed up"... If I drove all the way back he will refund missed items worth
