Paneer and chane tossed in an Indian lemon-based dressing.

Preparation Time : 15 min.
1 1/2 teacups dried hare chane, soaked and boiled
1 teacup diced tomatoes
3/4 teacup diced paneer
1/2 teacup chopped spring onions (optional)
To be blend into a dressing
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, roasted and coarsely ground
1/2 teaspoon black salt
salt and pepper to taste
For the garnish
3 tablespoons chopped coriander
1. Place all the salad ingredients in mixing bowl, taking care to handle the paneer carefully so that it is not mashed.
2. Add the dressing and toss gently in bowl.
3. Serve garnished with the coriander.
