very bad attitude
All the South Asian shops have very poor etiquette in dealing with the public in general. They behave the way they do back home in their own country. None of these shops will tell you the price over the phone, of any item they carry in their stock. They don't know what they are missing by such stupid behavior. I never would like to deal with them. They behave cheap.
