I always go to B.I for my grocery shopping.I went today to get rice.The price list pasted on the showed wrong prices.I complaint to Punam and she was courteous and humble and explained patiently whereas the gentleman came and was very rude.He never smiles and doesnt know how to deal cheerfully with customers.He should clean up his act and learn a few tips from Punam.
